Our Proforma Invoices are valid for 14 days.  Should payment not be deposited within 14 days of the date of original Proforma Invoice, please obtain an updated Proforma before making payment as quoted prices have limited validity due to supplier prices, which are subject to change without notice.

 

PAYMENT: 60% deposit to confirm order and fix the price.  Second payment of 20% within 30 days and third and final payment of the remaining 20% within 60 days of payment of  deposit.

DELIVERY: approximately 16 weeks from date of receipt of deposit.  No delivery until full payment is received.  However, upon negotiation we can arrange for part delivery in accordance with progress of payments. Delivery of trollies and reaping trailers shall only be made after final payment has been received by us.
Delivery periods are subject to work load and availability of raw materials. Delays in confirming of an order could further delay delivery time.
 
If payment is made by bank transfer, it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify us and provide us with proof of payment. Cancellation of your order following our receipt of your initial deposit to confirm your intended purchase shall be subject to a 10% cancellation and handling fee on the amount deposited with us. After acceptance of our quotation, any variations to the quoted supply shall be done through a signed order. These variations shall be charged separately. Our standard terms and conditions would apply.

TRANSPORT: transport, demurrage and insurance are quoted for in the customer supply list and is therefore the customer’s responsibility. Once the driver has signed for the despatch as correct we would not entertain any subsequent claim or responsibility for shortages on the load, or subsequent damages to the load enroute to the delivery point. Storage and security of goods in transit are not the responsibility of ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., please make suitable arrangements with the transporter.
 
The responsibility is upon the Customer or their representative to check and confirm that the Delivery Note and the physical stock delivered balance with each other. Any shortages are to be endorsed on both the transporters schedule paper and our delivery note. Kindly advise us within 24 hrs of delivery, via e-mail, of any discrepancies or queries you may have concerning the delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for any shortages or damages being reported or occurring subsequent to the Transporter making the delivery. The Customer is to supply adequate security for goods and equipment delivered to site.
 
Material quantities are calculated and supplied for each tunnel unit requirement. The responsibility is upon the Customer to ensure that the building team stay within the guidelines of the plans. Any excess material requirements, over and above the stock delivered, shall be to the cost of the Customer unless we can confirm the error/shortage is on our part.
 
ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., does not supply trailer hitching pins, contact adhesives, electrical components, locks or any other hardware materials as part of the sale of our units. 
 
SITE WORK: The Customer is to provide un-interrupted power supply to the work site as needed by our team.
 
Our outwork team, will require a room for accommodation whilst on site and access to water supply and ablutions on site.
A representative from ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd. shall make visits to the site at least once per month during construction to check on progress and advise. However, they are NOT to be regarded as the site supervisor, this is the responsibility of the Customer. The marking out and checking of  foundations, as well as all aspects of the building construction are the responsibility of the Customer and his building team. Our representative shall assist in giving instruction to the Builder or a representative worker of the Customer on how to assemble roof trusses and how to attach the roof sheets and ridges.

NOTE: The erection of roof trusses and purlons, putting on of roof sheets and ridges,  the installation of the ceiling, the hanging of sliding doors and any other operations connected with the erection and completion of the tunnel unit or shed are the responsibility of the Customer. ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., does not provide either labour or a service for the various installation processes.
 
ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., does not carry out any civil work. Where trollies, roof structures and sheds are being fabricated, the Customer is to supply labour as required by our team leader, including for periods of double (8 Hr) shifts, i.e. 5.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Failure to supply the necessary labour or electricity as above shall result in charges for down time and moving off site.
 
Any unforeseen obstacles and/or problems are the responsibility of the Customer.
 
WARRANTY: This policy covers general aspects of warranty, manufacturing defects and claim process.
 
All new goods sold by this Company shall be covered by this policy unless otherwise stated prior to the sale of the goods.
 
All goods manufactured by this Company carry a 6 Months warranty commencing from the date of purchase. This guarantee is against defective raw materials or workmanship.
 
Goods sold by, but not manufactured by ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., are subject to the Manufacturers warranty and conditions, which vary from time to time. This period of warranty may vary from product to product, but shall not exceed our 6 Months warranty period from date of sale by ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd.
 
It is essential that faulty goods are returned to the premises of ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., when submitting a claim against the warranty.
Any attempt to repair, modify or dismantle any part of any item, without first contacting ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., by e-mail, will render any warranty null and void.
 
It is recommended that immediately upon failure, or suspected failure, of any product purchased from ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., this Company shall be contacted to enable them to render any necessary assistance.
 
Goods manufactured by ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., needing repair or replacement shall be done free of charge once the Company is satisfied that our conditions of warranty still apply to the claim. Our liability is limited to this condition of warranty and no other costs or expenses incurred will be covered.
 
Equipment not manufactured, but supplied by ROC Systems (Pvt) Ltd., shall only carry the manufacturers warranty and shall be returned to them for consideration in the event of a claim. The same conditions of our warranty apply and no equipment replacement shall be considered if deemed by us to have been tampered with in any way.
 
Warranty shall not be considered on any goods that, in the opinion of this Company, have been deemed to have been misused or neglected.
